The 420SL – The lowest mileage V8 in Europe?
Finished in Signal Red, this 1989 R107 420SL shows an incredible 1,507 miles from new. We aren’t aware of another V8 in Europe showing such low mileage. This car has been secured by an avid Mercedes-Benz enthusiast and connoisseur, staying in the United Kingdom despite interest from buyers across three different continents.
The 500SL – Second time lucky
In our last showroom update we spoke of cars that sell before the photographer arrives, and that’s exactly what happened with this 500SL. Having narrowly missed out on buying one of the finest SL’s built by SLSHOP some years ago; the new owner of this car was thrilled to read about an immaculate SLSHOP restored 5.0 litre car on our coming soon page. A number of phone calls later and the car was secured. This 500SL has a very interesting story, some of which is detailed in this article.
