FAST ROAD UPGRADES INCLUDE:
1. Distributor Caps: Where R107s possess distributors, our approach is to replace these with coil packs, making your R107 more reliable on start-up and when running. This makes your R107 respond and drive akin to a modern vehicle.
2. Uprated HT Leads: Improved leads have been developed to carry the right voltage from the coils to the spark plugs, creating a more precise spark and better throttle response.
4. Throttle Bodies: Eight cylinder variants benefit from eight individual throttle bodies for enhanced power and a better soundtrack.
5. Stainless Steel Exhaust & Manifold: Our custom SportLine exhaust is both lighter and more efficient, allowing a better flow of gases and thus, improved performance and improved sound.
6. Manual Gearbox Conversion: Our gearbox experts can replace your automatic transmission with a modern five or six-speed manual gearbox.
7. Mechanical to Fuel Injection: Our team will replace your mechanical injection system with a more modern fuel injection system with larger injectors for better operation.
8. OMEX ECU: Electronic fuel injection allows for a programmable ECU which can be mapped to suit your desires.
9. Fast Road Cams: These are mapped to achieve a more pronounced torque curve for better acceleration at all rev points.
10. Free-flow Performance Air-Filter: This improvement will help your R107 breathe better, allowing for a cleaner, quicker mixture of air and fuel.
