PIMP MY R129 SL
The R129 SL is one of those models that is, in our eyes, most compatible with the phrase ‘pimp.’ The reasons for this are that its styling is perfectly compatible with the street modification scene of the 1990s and 2000s. Think Need for Speed and Fast & Furious: Lowered stance, bigger wheels, wider tracks and over-sized haunches in the form of AMG and other after-market body kits have all become synonymous with the R129.

WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS?
There are no rules to ‘Pimp my R129’, you simply decide how far you want to take your R129 SL styling and performance; we will work with you to create your vision.
BODY KITS:
AMG added flare to the SL73 and SL60 by incorporating lower front, rear and side panels with a flick to add a more pronounced and aggressive aesthetic. They also added a rear spoiler in the form of an extended lip. These minor revisions created a completely different character; one that you can achieve with SLSHOP’s own body kits.
WHEELS:
We offer a range of aftermarket wheels you can pair with your R129, ranging in sizes from 16”, 17” and 18”.
LOWERING KITS:
Lowering your R129 SL is not something that should be carried out at home, given the potential to incorrectly adjust your suspension settings. We can support you by fitting uprated suspension and lowering kits to lower your R129 by 30 or 50mm, adjusting them as you see fit.

ONE TOUCH ROOF CONTROL
To bring your R129 in-line with modern convertibles, we can fit a 30mph module to allow you to raise and lower your soft top up at speeds up to 30mph.
