R129 NEW OWNER HEALTH CHECK (MODELS FROM 1989 – 2001)
The R129 SL is becoming more and more sought after, with fewer high calibre (low mileage, full history, high specification) models available for the choosing. The digital classifieds and auction houses are plastered with R129 examples, many of which can be acquired for not unreasonable sums. With this though, comes the risk of unknowns. THE NEW OWNER HEALTH CHECK INCLUDES:
Full Vehicle Health Check: covering 300 different aspects of your vehicle’s mechanical, structural and cosmetic condition; with a report supplied to you outlining these elements using a traffic light system to convey the urgency o rectification work.
A Service: We’ll give your engine a flush, changing the oil and filters to ensure any stagnant contaminants have been ejected from your engine’s internals. Should you require one, we’ll also MOT your R129.
Full Diagnostic & Roof Appraisal: Our Modern Classic team will use industry-leading diagnostic equipment to check your R129 for any electrical, mechanical or hydraulic faults. Within this diagnostic process is a complete soft-top roof appraisal outlining the condition of the hood, its operation and any potential issues that may arise.
Free Valuation: To ensure you get the insurance cover your car deserves, we’ll issue you with a valuation certificate confirming the current value of your R129 SL.
