As the World’s leading Mercedes-Benz SL specialist, we take pride in carefully choosing the cars that adorn our showroom. Throughout 2020 Sales Director and Mercedes-Benz Connoisseur Bruce Greetham has been putting together the finest selection of Mercedes-Benz SLs anywhere in the world.
Throughout its 18 year production run the Mercedes-Benz R107 SL was available in almost 100 different colours. Some shades ran for the entire 18 years, others for less than 18 months.
Timeless shades like Signal Red would go on to become synonymous with the R107, and for many Signal Red is the ultimate hue for the iconic shape.
In the early 1970s pastel shades were hugely popular, whilst the 1980s introduced rich metallic colours that are now enjoying resurgence. Hues such as Blue Black, Diamond Blue and Impala Brown (available on much later cars) could be straight out of a 2020 Mercedes-Benz brochure.
We’ve even got a very period looking 350SL in wonderful Beige Metallic.
It’s not just the variety of colour that makes our selection so alluring. Once again we have a ‘Full House’ of R107 engines to choose from, a complete range from 280SL to 560SL. Click the links to see for yourself, they’re all present and correct:
280SL / 300SL / 350SL / 380SL / 420SL / 500SL / 560SL / 380SLC / 450SLC
Demand in the Pagoda market has been strong in recent months, but we have a choice of two very interesting cars… ask yourself do you want perfection or do you want usability? We can provide you with both.
This 1964 230SL is a restored car; built to an exceptional example and the subject of significant recent spend. By all accounts it is virtually a new car. A Pagoda that’s ready to be cherished, shown and adored.
On the other hand this 1967 250SL is equally tempting. Not only has it been restored in the last decade, but also the driver took the liberty of upgrading the drivetrain with a 5 speed manual gearbox. A Pagoda that’s real to be driven and enjoyed.
Fans of more modern metal are also well catered for, with our superb R129 V6, a lovely low mileage SLK230 and of course the silky smooth SL350 (R230).
As always, we advise you to keep a close eye on our ‘coming soon’ page. There are some very interesting cars about to be announced, so pop it in your bookmarks – more super cars will be presented on our website in good time.
