This beautiful 280SL began life across the pond, and has been a bit of a globetrotter over the last decade or so. Our history file begins in 1981 in sunny California where the car was owned by Robert P Novak and David R Vera, it is believed they maintained ownership until April 2012 when the car was sold to The Beverley Hills Car Club, Los Angeles, California.
The car was then sold to another dealer, Nationwide Classics in Van Nuys, California and it is believed that it was later exported to Holland by Geevers Classic Cars, where restoration took place.
In February 2014 the car went through German registration and Historic Vehicle registration with Mobility AG in Oberhonnef, Germany. Our Pagoda finally hit UK shores in 2015 with the V5c showing registration in February of that year.
Offered here in striking Black with Brown Leather upholstery, and having been with its current UK keeper since 2019, this Pagoda is ready to be enjoyed by a new custodian.
