1966 Mercedes-Benz W113 230SL with Red Leather

Perfectly timed with the upcoming Pagoda 60th anniversary celebrations we have the pleasure of being able to soon offer this delightfully maintained and restored left hand drive 230SL with an immaculately documented family tree post 1970 revealing all about the careful ownership enjoyed over various continents throughout its 4 owners stewardships.

A major feature of this SL in particular is a 5 speed Gertrag gearbox upgrade and whilst not an original box this does bring a new dimension to the enjoyment of the drive with the revs much lower than that of a standard 4 speed box. Body work including a full bare metal repaint, full interior retrim including carpets and other cosmetic works are all documented in the history file along with servicing records up to the present day.

We welcome enquiries on this SL and as with all our SOR cars, upon arrival this vehicle will be subject to a check over in our workshops and preparation works / servicing will be carried out before being photographed and presented for sale.

 

This SL has excellent paintwork and a fully restored interior.
